Property-first focus
Foreclosure, tax sale, quiet title, and records work sit at the center of our practice, not on the edge of it. We read the chain of title before we advise on the money.
Built for professionals
Recovery agents, investors, creditors, and contractors get counsel that understands their agreements, statutory fee limits, filing deadlines, and margins.
Who We Represent
Trusted by professionals and individuals alike.
Former homeowners and heirs
People whose property sold at a sheriff's sale or county tax sale for more than was owed, and the heirs or estates that inherited the right to claim what is left over.
Recovery agents and finders
Asset recovery firms that need licensed counsel to file claims, review assignment and fee agreements, and stay inside each state's finder-fee and unauthorized-practice rules.
Investors and lienholders
Tax sale purchasers, note buyers, junior mortgage holders, and judgment creditors whose priority, redemption rights, or tax deed depend on getting notice and procedure right.
Owners, developers, and contractors
Buyers and sellers, landlords, builders, and subcontractors handling purchase agreements, title defects, mechanic's liens, and disputes over work performed.
Businesses and nonprofits
Companies forming entities, papering contracts, and using outside general counsel instead of carrying a full-time legal department.
Certified and aspiring public contractors
MBE, WBE, VBE, and DBE applicants and holders bidding on state, municipal, and federal work, and organizations that need a registered lobbyist's help at the statehouse.
